REG ALERT: The FMCSA published a major update to its Medical Advisory Criteria (Appendix A to Part 391) and accompanying medical guidance January 24, 2024. All prior versions of medical guidance have been superseded by the new information. Certified Medical Examiners use the medical guidance as considerations when making certification decisions and are not obligated by law to follow the guidance.
