• J. J. Keller owns all rights in the Marks protected under U.S. Federal trademark, copyright law, and common law rights.
• Your use of a Mark(s) is a license, like a temporary lease, it is not the sale or transfer of any ownership rights in the Mark(s).
• Your use of the Mark(s) is a non-exclusive license to reproduce the Mark(s) as you describe in your “Intended Use Statement.”
• Legal notices incorporated in the Mark(s), for example the ® symbol, the ™ symbol, or other statements of ownership that appear in or with any copy of the Mark(s) as found in the “Pressroom” must appear in any copy of the Mark(s) you reproduce, distribute, display or otherwise use.

• J. J. Keller Mark(s) are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and the risk arising out of the use of the Mark(s) is your responsibility.
• Your use of J. J. Keller Mark(s) does not imply or create any agency or business relationship with J. J. Keller.
• J. J. Keller at its sole discretion and determination may terminate your right to use the Mark(s) at any time.  If J. J. Keller terminates your use of the Mark(s) you agree to immediately cease use the Mark(s) in any and all media and formats.
