This service provides for the auditing and electronic retention of driver qualification files in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), Part 391.

The Driver Qualification File Management Service can help you comply with the Safety Performance History of New Drivers regulation. This regulation requires you to maintain current and accurate driver files (including employment verification) for three years, accident information, violations, substance abuse history, and much more. Plus, now you must respond to prospective employer requests, and request more information about prospective new hires from previous employers. To help you respond to previous employer information requests more easily, the Driver Qualification File Management Service includes a Driver Safety Performance History Report.
In addition, the Driver Qualification service can help you track training programs for entry-level drivers in accordance with the Entry-Level Drivers Training regulation. Entry-level drivers operating commercial motor vehicles (CMV) must receive training. Student entry-level drivers operating commercial motor vehicles must also receive training before driving a CMV.
