J. J. Keller Honors 188 Associates at 31st Annual Recognition Event
Neenah, WI — J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc.® honored 188 associates at its 31st Annual Horizon Club-Associate Recognition Awards Night on October 28th at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton.
The event is held annually for all associates in the Horizon Club. The club includes those who have been with the company five years or longer, and recognizes length-of-service milestones.
Seventy-five associates were inducted into the Horizon Club and recognized for their five years with the company. One hundred thirteen other associates were honored for 10-15-20-25-30 and 35 year milestones.
Company President/Chief Operating Officer James J. Keller noted that 716 of J. J. Keller's associates qualify as Horizon Club members and said, "J. J. Keller is no ordinary company. With more than half of our associates qualifying as member of Horizon Club, we're proud to have a company where people want to stay for the long haul. We're fortunate to have such a committed group of associates."
In addition to providing years-of-service recognition, the Horizon Club organizes social activities on a year-round basis for all J. J. Keller associates to enjoy, noted Tony LaMalfa, Vice President of Human Resource Services. "We truly value our associates. They're part of the J. J. Keller family. We foster this idea through company-sponsored events and recognition programs that encourage involvement and team building.
