The U.S. Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee voted on and favorably reported the nomination of Anne Ferro to be Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation.
The Committee also voted in favor of a nomination of Cynthia Quarterman to be Administrator of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation, and Erroll G. Southers to be Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Transportation Security Administration).
The nominations now have been referred to the full Senate.
