How to Order

At jjkeller.com, ordering the safety and compliance solutions you need is a breeze. For your convenience, a username and password are not required to place an order on jjkeller.com.

Placing Your Online Order
To place an order, simply scroll down to the bottom of a product page and click on the hypertext link that reads “Add To Order.” This will place an item in your cart and take you to the Products Ordered” page which shows you order details (product quantity, unit price, and total cost).

The item(s) will remain in your cart wherever else you decide to go on jjkeller.com, and your current order status will be conveniently displayed in the upper right-hand corner of each page visited. To return to the “Products Ordered” page, just click on the shopping cart icon at top. From here, you can continue shopping, check out, or remove an item from your cart.

When you’re ready to complete your order, select the appropriate country from the Bill To and Ship To drop-down menus (see below for instructions on how to place an order from a country other than the U.S. or Canada). Then, click the “Checkout Now” button. Next, fill in the necessary billing, shipping, and payment information and click “Continue.” Review all of the information on the "Order Summary" page and click "Submit" to finish ordering.

  • How can I find a product featured in one of your catalogs,
    direct mail pieces, or advertisements?

    All Keller products are assigned a unique product code such as "TV-8-M." These product codes are included in Keller catalogs, direct mail pieces and advertisements. As mentioned earlier, you can find a specific Keller solution by entering its product code in the keyword search box located in the upper left-hand corner of our home page. Then, simply follow the steps detailed above.

  • How can I check my order status?
    When you place an order through jjkeller.com, you'll receive a confirmation number letting you know your order is being processed. Once you've received your confirmation number, you can check on the status of your order as often as you like. Just visit jjkeller.com, click on the hypertext link marked "Internet Order Status" and follow the simple instructions. Your order status will be kept on file until your order has been fulfilled.
  • How do I place an order from a country other than the U.S. or Canada?
    From the “shopping cart” page on our website, select the appropriate country from the Bill To and Ship To drop-down menus. Then, click the “Checkout Now” button. Enter your Bill To and Ship To information. You can check the estimated shipping charge for your order by clicking the “Estimate Shipping” link. To continue with your order, click the “Calculate Shipping” button at the bottom of the page and follow the simple instructions.
