How can I view your whole website on my monitor without having to scroll back and forth?
The new-look jjkeller.com is designed specifically for a 1024 x 768 screen resolution. This is a common screen resolution and is the standard setting for most new computers.
"Fixing" the scrolling issue is easy. All computers can be set up to a 1024 x 768 screen resolution. Just follow the instructions below …
For PCs:
Right click on your desk top display. A small window will open. Left-click on "Properties." This opens a new window. Select the "Settings" tab. Move the slider in the Screen resolution” area until it reads "1024 by 768 pixels." Click on the "Apply" button, then the "Okay" button.
For Macs:
From your desktop, open the Apple pull-down menu. Left-click on "System Preferences." This opens a new window. Left-click on the "Displays" icon. Select the 1024 x 768 from the Resolution choices.

is your tax policy?
In the United States, all applicable state, county and local
sales tax will be added to your order, except if shipping to AK, DE, HI, MT, NH, NM, OR, or WY. We reserve the right
to add sales tax where required. In Canada, 5% GST will apply. For international orders, there may also be duties and taxes imposed on your order that are not included in the prices displayed as they appear during the checkout process. You may check with your local Customs Office for those charges.

If I work for a tax exempt organization, will I be charged taxes on jjkeller.com?
When placing an order on jjkeller.com, you will see a charge for taxes on the "Order Summary" page
even if you're representing a tax exempt organization. However, that charge will be removed at billing provided that J. J. Keller has an approved, fully completed tax exempt certificate on file for your organization.
Tax exemption certificates can be faxed to J. J. Keller at 1-920-727-7518. Also, to help us quickly process your "tax exempt" order, please fax your Internet order number (located on the "Thank You For Your Order" page, see example below)
along with your tax exemption certificate.

Product taxability and customer exemptions are dependent on individual state statutory guidelines and requirements.

When you submit an order through jjkeller.com, you will receive an Internet Order ID Number. This number allows you to check on the status of your order as often as you like. Your order status will be kept on file until your order has been fulfilled.

Our Custom Labels & Signs Resource Center features numerous customizable products, such as HMIS labels, traffic signs, ID badges, and more. do I place an order from a country other than the U.S. or
Canada?
From the “Shopping Cart” page on our website, select the appropriate country from the Bill To and Ship To drop-down menus. Then, click the “Checkout Now” button.
Enter your Bill To and Ship To information. You can check the estimated shipping and handling charge for your order by clicking the “Estimate Shipping” link. To continue with your order, click the “Calculate Shipping” button at the bottom of the page and follow the simple instructions.

How do I establish a line of credit with your company?
To establish a line of credit, we will either check Dun & Bradstreet for a credit listing under your company name, or you can provide us with three credit references (i.e. one bank and two vendors).
You must also have an order in place, as we do not establish lines of credit in advance. Please call us toll-free at 1-877-564-2333 to apply for credit.

- Imprinted information will be in upper case lettering. This includes the name, address, and all other imprinted information. If the name or address is very lengthy, it will be typeset in upper and lower case to be more legible.
- Standard Company Name Punctuation Procedure:
- Periods will be put after Inc., Ltd., and other standard abbreviations.
- There will be no spaces, periods, or commas in the company name and/or company name initials.
- No comma will precede Inc., Ltd., or Co.
- Standard Address Punctuation Procedure:
- Commas will be put between the city and state, the rural route and P.O. Box, the street address and the P.O. Box.
- Hyphens will be put between the street address and city. Hyphens will be used in phone numbers, unless parentheses are requested, i.e., (920-722-2848).
