Meet OSHA's hazcom labeling requirements for shipped containers!

HMIS communicates hazard information through the use of colors, numbers, letters, pictures and symbols in various combinations. These are represented in a wide variety of distinctive and easily identified labels that are applied to containers.

Just fill in the chemical name, numerical ratings and company name and address. Then check off the boxes for appropriate hazard warning information including health hazards, target organ effects, routes of entry and physical hazards.

Available in paper or vinyl in a variety of sizes. Sold in rolls of 100.
