The state of New Hampshire is updating its Minimum Wage and Criteria to Establish an Employee or Independent Contractor notices with mandatory changes. Text regarding Youth Employment is being to the Minimum Wage notice. The definition of an "employee" is being clarified and criteria regarding "independent contractor" is being added to the Criteria to Establish an Employee or Independent Contractor notice. Contact information for the New Hampshire Department of Labor is also being updated on both notices.
