The state of Nevada has updated its Rules to be Observed by Employers (NV Wage and Hour Laws) notice with mandatory changes. The state's minimum wage will increase from $5.85 to $6.55 per hour for employers providing health benefits and from $6.85 per hour to $7.55 per hour for employers not providing health benefits, effective July 1, 2009.
