The state of Maryland has updated its Wage & Hour Fact Sheet notice with mandatory changes. The state's minimum wage will increase from $6.55 to $7.25 per hour effective July 24, 2009. The tipped employee wage rate will increase from $3.28 to $3.63 per hour effective July 24, 2009.
