The Hazard Communication Tag displays the NFPA-based label format and provides space for company specific information. When completed, this tag helps you comply with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard.

This plastic tag is tear-resistant, weather-resistant, and chemical-resistant for dirty and greasy environments. It is ideal for indoor and outdoor temporary tagging applications. Hazard Communication Tags are printed on both sides with a markable, write-on surface.

3-3/8” x 5-7/8” with a 3/8” hole reinforced by a metal grommet.
