The Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division has published a final rule amending the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA).
The final rule becomes effective January 16, 2009.
As part of this change, a new posting will be required if FMLA applies to your company.
The new revised FMLA notice for 2009 was released on Dec. 18, 2008, and it is now included on our federal labor law poster.
